We provide broadcast-quality high definition event videography and live streaming for sports games, conferences, presentations, awards ceremonies, concerts, and theatre productions. Events can be live-streamed online or live to the venue, depending on internet connectivity, copyrights, music licensing rights and venue facilities.
CAPTURING YOUR EVENT VISION
The video content captured by us at each event is always recorded in the camera. Depending on your needs, the event footage can be edited live with other camera angles (multi-cam events only) in real-time at the event, or edited in post-production with the finished video being produced into a video format that meets your specifications. This could be for social media, online video platforms, or a digital recording for you to use however you wish.
We can live-stream your event publicly or privately online to any online live-streaming platform (Facebook, YouTube, MS Teams, Zoom etc.). If you require both recorded and live-streamed videos of your event then this is definitely possible.
We provide video editing services for all video footage we capture, if you require it. Video editing services are also available for video footage that is not captured by us.

Event Video Capture
Event Video Capture is filming your event to meet your needs. Whether you need a single camera or a full multi-camera setup, we tailor the production to your event after learning what matters most to you. From stable tripod shots to dynamic handheld movement, or multiple cameras capturing different angles at once, every setup is chosen to give your audience a clear, engaging view of the action.
For larger events, we scale up with additional cameras and operators to ensure complete coverage of all the action, capturing every key moment from multiple perspectives. Working live means we stay focused and with cameras in sync, delivering smooth, intentional footage that reflects the best view of your world.
Live Streaming
Live streaming is an innovative and real-time way to share your event with a global audience. We use Blackmagic Design video streaming equipment and technology to live stream your event publicly or privately online on any online live streaming platform (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webinar Jam etc.). If you require both recorded and live streamed videos of your event, then this is always possible.
Live streaming is ideal for sports games, conferences or award ceremonies where immediate and widespread viewing is important for those unable to attend in person. It brings the excitement of your event directly to your audience's screens, fostering real-time interaction through comments, chats, and engagement. Live streaming is not always possible for every event location, as streaming reliability is dependent on internet data bandwidth.
Live to Venue
Live to venue broadcasting is a dynamic way to project live action, presentations, or performances onto large screens within a venue. We transmit the event footage to these screens, creating an immersive and engaging experience for your in-person audience. This approach is perfect for the live audience (especially those further away from the front row) to get a close-up view of the action. Live to venue is necessary for large venues and the crowd gets a reaction from seeing themselves on the big screen. Most venues have big screens installed and are available for use as part of your venue hire. Venue screens are great for displaying graphics too, for advertising or event info.

Aerial Videography & Photography
Aerial Videography and Photography also known as drone footage, provides a great perspective and establishing shots for your event. We use DJI drone technology and operate within CAA rules to safely capture your event, showcase the scale, energy, and atmosphere, making your video more dynamic and immersive. Whether it’s a sports game, concert, or corporate event, drone imagery adds a cinematic touch that elevates your story.
Video Editing
Video editing is an essential step in video production, ensuring that your story is conveyed effectively and resonates with your audience. We use the latest DaVinci Resolve video editing software for cutting and sequencing video clips, fine-tuning audio, and adding text, graphics, and music to craft a seamless narrative that aligns with your vision. We provide video editing services for all video footage we capture if you require it. Video editing services are also available for video footage that is not captured by us. We will work with you to get your finished video looking how you want it to look.

Yes. While a standard venue internet connection is ideal, live streaming stability depends entirely on data bandwidth. Briclops utilises cellular bonding hardware to combine multiple mobile networks, allowing us to broadcast smooth, reliable high definition streams even from remote sports fields or locations with poor local WiFi.

Yes. In addition to editing the multi-camera footage we capture ourselves, Briclops provides standalone post production services. We use Blackmagic Design’s DaVinci Resolve video editing software to cut and optimise pre-existing raw footage into high impact content for social media, marketing campaigns, or archival use.

Yes. Our professional production setup allows us to seamlessly overlay digital graphics directly onto the live video feed or venue big screens. We can integrate sponsor logos, speaker names (lower-thirds), running timers, presentation slides, live sports scoreboards, or pre-recorded promotional advertisements to make your broadcast look exactly like a television network production.

We utilise Epidemic Sound’s music and sound effects libraries to supply royalty free background tracks, ensuring your final videos can be safely uploaded to YouTube or Facebook without triggering automatic copyright blocks. Please note that public streaming of popular commercial hit music requires separate venue or event licensing permissions, which we can guide you through during our Eye Spy (pre-production) planning phase.

Most major commercial event venues in the lower North Island already have projector displays or large monitors installed as part of your standard venue hire. Briclops plugs directly into these existing internal AV distribution channels. However, if your chosen venue does not have large displays facilities, we can coordinate with our network to source live to venue big screens.

A single camera setup is locked onto one point of view, which can feel static over a long event. Multi-camera production uses 2 or more cameras placed around the venue to capture wide tracking angles, close ups of presenters, and audience reactions simultaneously. We switch between these angles in real time using a live switcher, creating a polished, broadcast quality video feed that keeps your viewers engaged.

For safety and video quality reasons, we cannot operate drones in rain, thick fog, or high speed winds. During our pre-production planning, we always track weather forecasts closely. If conditions are unsafe on the day, we will adjust our shooting schedule.
